About Sweet Aurora

Sweet Aurora is a small-batch home fragrance and bath & body studio founded by Artist and Maker Lina Escobar, where thoughtful formulation and distinctive design come together to make everyday rituals feel a little more special.

Thoughtfully Formulated

Lina founded Sweet Aurora from a personal interest in fragrance and self-care, as well as her own experience navigating fragrance sensitivities. She wanted to create products that feel luxurious and highly sensory, while being intentional about what goes into them. That experience continues to influence the way Sweet Aurora approaches formulation, fragrance levels, materials, and product development.

All Sweet Aurora products are developed and produced in the brand’s New Jersey studio. The process often begins with an idea for a scent, color, texture, or everyday ritual and develops through hands-on experimentation. Products are made and finished in small batches using thoughtfully selected materials chosen for their clean profile, quality, and performance, with careful attention to how each ingredient contributes to the finished product.

Our goal is to deliver products that perform as beautifully as they look, combining balanced fragrance, reliable function, and an enjoyable sensory experience that makes them easy to reach for every day.

Designed as a Complete Experience

Lina’s background in art and design is equally important to the development of Sweet Aurora. Each collection is approached as a complete design project, with the product and its visual identity developed together. Fragrance, color, texture, packaging, artwork, merchandising, and presentation are treated as parts of the same experience rather than separate decisions.

Drawing on her art background, Lina designs Sweet Aurora to extend beyond the individual product into the way the brand is encountered, whether online, at a market, through an installation, or in a retail space. Her goal is to create an immersive Sweet Aurora world with a recognizable visual language and point of view, and to make every interaction with the brand an invitation into that world. Each product is then considered a way to share the beauty and joy of Sweet Aurora.

That same attention extends to the experience of owning and using a Sweet Aurora product: How it looks in a home, how it feels in the hand, how it glides on the skin, the fragrance it brings to a room, the packaging it arrives in, and even the experience of choosing it.

The objective is to create something that goes beyond function: An object that is beautiful to live with, enjoyable to use, and special enough to give.

Finding Wonder in the Ordinary

At its core, Sweet Aurora is about finding wonder in the ordinary. The brand draws inspiration from the language of color and the spirit of childlike wonder, rooted in the way Lina saw the world as a child: With curiosity, imagination, and an instinct for finding something special in everyday things.

That perspective continues to shape Sweet Aurora today, creating a world where sophistication and craftsmanship coexist with color, joy, and a sense of wonder. It is reflected in the details: An unexpected fragrance pairing, a particular color, an illustration, a texture, or the way something is presented.

Our purpose is to bring some of that sense of discovery and delight into familiar routines and to make ordinary objects and moments feel a little more special.

For Lina, self-care is not something reserved for special occasions. It can also exist throughout the in-between moments and rituals that make up everyday life: Getting ready in the morning, coming home at the end of the day, taking a shower, lighting a candle, or simply making a familiar space feel good to be in.
