ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships. Expedited shipping options might be available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders over $65. Any order under $65.00 ships with a flat rate of $5.99.
What is the last day to order for Mother's Day delivery? Order by May 4th to guarantee delivery before Mother's Day.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States only.
PRODUCTS
Are your products safe for sensitive skin? All Sweet Aurora soaps and bath products are made with skin-loving, sensitive skin friendly ingredients and phthalate-free fragrance oils, formulated without commonly avoided toxins. However, if you have specific skin sensitivities we recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page.
Are your candles safe to burn? Yes. Our candles are made with a soy-blend wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils held to high safety and performance standards. Always follow candle safety guidelines included with each of our candles, for best performance and safety
How long do your candles burn? Our 8oz amber jar candles burn approximately 45 hours. Our wooden wick candles burn approximately 60 hours.
What is the difference between your wooden wick and cotton wick candles? Wooden wick candles produce a soft crackling sound similar to a fireplace and have a wider scent throw. Cotton wick candles burn cleanly and quietly with an elegant flame.
Are your products vegan? Most of our products are vegan. Our Oatmeal & Honey Soap Bar contains honey. Please check individual product pages for full ingredient lists.
How should I store my soap bars? Keep your soap bar dry between uses on a well-drained soap dish. This extends the life of the bar significantly.
How long do reed diffusers last? Our reed diffusers last approximately 4-6 months depending on the number of reeds used and room size.
CANDLE CARE
How do I get the best burn from my candle?
- First burn: allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar — this prevents tunneling
- Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn
- Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Keep away from drafts, children and pets
- Discard once 1/4 inch of wax remains in the jar
How do I care for my wooden wick candle? Wooden wicks need to be trimmed to about ⅛ inch before each burn. If your wick won't stay lit simply trim off the burnt wood and relight. Turn off, trim and relight if you observe an unusually large flame. Never burn for more than four hours at the time.
GIFTING & WHOLESALE
Do you offer gift wrapping? Our gift sets come beautifully packaged and ready to give. Individual products ship in branded packaging suitable for gifting.

Can I place a custom or bulk order? Absolutely — we love working on custom orders for events, corporate gifting, and special occasions. Email us to discuss your needs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not accept returns. However if your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do? Email us at sweetaurorasoapandcandle@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of receipt. We'll send a replacement right away.

Where are your products made? Every Sweet Aurora product is handmade in small batches in our New Jersey studio by founder and artisan Lina Escobar.
